Jomoworks manages a growing network of community-based organizations engaged in work at local levels through 1) community engagement training and 2) capacity building. These organizations serve in a variety of backgrounds and applied disciplines, including: food safety and sustainability, faith-based ministry, youth development, crisis support, housing, violence prevention, and workforce development.

North Carolina Culture of Health Advisory – Robert Wood Johnson Foundation ($350,0001)
This proposal is to establish and fund a Statewide board of advisors comprised of community and Public Health leaders within the RWJF network to cultivate the Culture of Health action framework with philanthropic initiatives in public health across North Carolina.
Faculty Engagement in the Tenure & Promotion Process – Dr. Clark Peters, P.I. University of Missouri ($22,000)
Jomoworks partnered with Dr. Clark Peters to manage his Faculty/Community Engagement in the Tenure & Promotion process project at the University of Missouri.
Interdisciplinary Research Leaders (IRL) - Using the Structured Dialogue Method as a Model for Violence Prevention and Health Promotion ($350,000)
Jomoworks was the award recipient, fiscal and project manager for this three-year research fellowship award to Team Guilford County to implement and study the Structured Dialogue Method in early childhood education.
Interdisciplinary Research Leaders (IRL) – Alumni Affairs, University of Minnesota ($35,000)
Jomoworks signed a 1-year, contract with the University of Minnesota to coordinate Alumni Affairs for the IRL program.
THREADS Afterschool Mentoring Program – Dr. Tiffany Lane, Norfolk State University ($100,312)
Jomoworks managed this University- K-12 Partnership between Norfolk State University and the Norfolk Public Schools district to provide afterschool mentoring and program evaluation to several high schools led by Drs. Tiffany Lane and Quincy Dinnerson.
